Delivery / Returns
Our standard delivery price is £2.95 for small parcels using Hermes, however we do have various other delivery options available. Please see the following details for the different delivery options we offer and their delivery times.
Hermes aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days after the item has been dispatched. This is not a guaranteed delivery service, and deliveries can take up to 10 working days in exceptional circumstances, or during busy periods. We offer FREE delivery using this service for any orders over £60.00
- Royal Mail 2nd Class
Royal Mail 2nd class aims to deliver within 3 working days. This is not a guaranteed delivery service, and deliveries can take up to 10 working days in exceptional circumstances, or during busy periods.
- Royal Mail 1st Class
Royal Mail 1st class aims to deliver in 1 working day. This is not a guaranteed delivery service, and deliveries can take up to 10 working days in exceptional circumstances, or during busy periods.
- Royal Mail Special
Royal Mail special is a guaranteed next day delivery service. You will need to make sure your order with us has been made by 2PM in order for us to get your parcel collected by Royal Mail. Any orders made after 2PM using this services will take 1 working day longer.
- Royal Mail Special (Saturday)
This is the same as the Royal Mail Special service, however if you are making your order on a Friday before 2PM, you will need to select this service, otherwise your order will arrive on the following Monday. If you are making an order on Friday, and want to receive it on Saturday, you can also try the Royal Mail 1st Class service, which aims to deliver the next working day, including Saturday, however it is not guaranteed.
Orders made after 3PM will be dispatched the next working day. Orders made on Saturday after 11PM or on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
For delivery outside of UK Mainland, we will need to provide you with a delivery quote.
We will give a full refund for any goods reported to us within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are in their original, unused state and in the original packaging.
Where faulty goods returned are found to have been damaged by the neglect or carelessness of the buyer then no refunds will be given.
The buyer is responsible for any returned goods that are damaged or lost in transit, and therefore we strongly advise that goods are returned using recorded delivery.
We do not refund the return delivery cost for any items returned to us.
