Delivery / Returns


Please note: Our last postage date for Christmas 2017 deliveries is Monday 18th December.

We deliver using various courier services, depending on the specific parcel type and size.

Our standard delivery cost is £2.95 delivered within 2 to 5 working days from dispatch (normally delivered in 2 days) using Hermes.

We aim to dispatch items that are in stock within 24 hours (excluding Sundays), however dispatch times maybe longer during busy periods. You will receive an email notification when your order has been completed and ready for dispatch.

We offer FREE delivery for any orders over £60.00, delivered within 2 to 5 working days from dispatch (normally delivered in 2 days) using Hermes.

Many of our products already include FREE delivery, dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class. Royal Mail aims to deliver parcels the next business day, excluding Sundays.

Any order made on Saturday after 12PM or on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

For delivery outside of UK Mainland, we will need to provide you with a delivery quote.

If you would like to collect your order from our retail gift shop in Somerton, Somerset, United Kingdom, you can tick the ‘Collect in Store’ delivery option at the checkout. Orders must be collected within 5 working days.


We will give a full refund for any goods reported to us within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are in their original, unused state and in the original packaging.

Where goods returned are found to have been damaged by the neglect or carelessness of the buyer then no refunds will be given.  

The buyer is responsible for any returned goods that are damaged or lost in transit, and therefore we strongly advise that goods are returned using recorded delivery.

We do not refund the delivery cost for returning any items to us.
